It had a great flavor along with the rice. I didnt think the rice would cook properly, but it did and was a success.

My husband loved this recipe--it has a different taste from anything I've ever had before. Very good!

One of my favorite recipes. The Catalina dressing adds incredible flavor. My husband is crazy about this one.

My husband and I really enjoyed this. I heated up some frozen broccoli and added that in for the last few minutes of cooking. I'll definitely make it again!

I modified this a bit because I thought I was supposed to put the dressing IN the meat mixture...I ended up adding more to the rice with the soy sauce. I also used plain bread crumbs instead of shake 'n bake... It was delicious--my kids loved them!

This was a great recipe for supper!! I also used ground turkey as one other cook and the flavor was amazing!!I had no problem keeping the meatballs together- I do think that you have to monitor texture of mixure as you're adding ingredients to see how they will stick together. Will definately make again for hubby and 3 y.o.

Very good. Excellent dish for working parents who need a fast nutritious meal. I used ground turkey and tomato and bacon dressing instead of ground beef and catalina dressing. Paired it with a salad and some mini blueberry muffins. My toddler loved it!!!

I had to give this recipe only a "very good" because some of my family only liked it a little bit. However, me and one of my sons LOVED it, and I will definitely make it again. I had no problem keeping my meatballs together, even using lean beef. AND, I substituted boil-in-a-bag rice (b/c it was all I had) and just cut down on the water a bit.

I left out the carrots in the meatballs, used brown rice and it was delicious, I doubled the recipe since I have a 16 year old boy and a very hungry husband, just had enough left for lunch the next day. It was even better leftover!
