Take 1/4 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, 1 undrained can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, 1 rinsed can (15 oz.) kidney beans, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream and mix & match your recipe from these options...

ground meat options	vegetable choices	KRAFT Shredded Cheese possibilities
chicken	1/2 cup each sliced fresh mushrooms and carrots	Pizzeria Four Cheese
beef	1/2 cup each chopped onions and green peppers	Cheddar
pork	1/2 cup each sliced celery and zucchini	Cheddar
meatless: 1 cup cooked long-grain white rice (add with 3/4 cup shredded cheese)	1/2 cup each frozen corn, sliced celery, chopped onions	Italian* Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese Blend

Just follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK 1 lb. ground meat in large saucepan until done, stirring occasionally. Drain, if necessary. Add vegetables and salsa; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in tomatoes, beans, chili powder and garlic powder; stir until well blended. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese.

TOP evenly with additional 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese and the sour cream.

We live in Texas, so we think all chili is good, but this was not only very good, but so very easy to make. The only thing I changed was the type of salsa I used. We have a family favorite and it was wonderful in this recipe. Thanks Kraft Foods, keep these easy and great tasting recipes coming!

Sour cream really sets it off,as does shredded cheese,it makes it a very good meal for cold days and sitting around the fire place.

Great recipie, has become our weeknight favorite!. We generally make it in quadruple runs and freeze individual portions to carry to lunch. A real crowd pleaser that uses very few expensive ingredients! Even the work crowd loves it!

Recipe is okay, quick, etc., but I cannot eat kidney beans (most people without gall bladders can not). I have a chili recipe that is just as quick and can also be made into Chili Pie.
