Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

I loved this recipe. The first time I made it, I made it as a side dish. The second time I made it I added chunks of chicken and served it as a whole meal. It was delicious either way.:)

I really liked this recipe but would like it better with more stuffing on top.

We added this to our Christmas dinner this year and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it...the only change was velveeta instead of Cheez Whiz. I'll definetly make this again!

I took this to a Thanksgiving potluck. It was very popular, and I liked it even though I'm not usually a broccoli fan. I substituted cubed Velveeta cheese for the Cheez Whiz (cooking with that stuff seemed sort of gross to me), and I used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. I also doubled everything and used a 9x13 casserole dish. Very successful -- everyone wants me to make it again!

I did change the recipe a bit. I used broccoli cheese soup instead of the cream of mushroom soup. It turned out great for Thanksgiving dinner!

This is a great recipe for broccoli & cheese lovers! This was really easy to make. When I made this I added a box of frozen broccoli & cheese, subsituted the cream of mushroom for cream of broccoli (cream of celery would be good too), and added some mixed veggies. It turned out great!

If I made this recipe again, I would substitute real Cheddar cheese. The casserole was pretty bland.

this is wonderful, I have 3 boys that feel in love with this.

This was awesome. My daughter and I had this for dinner so I added some shredded chicken to have a one dish meal. We will definately be having this again. I also used fresh broccoli instead of frozen so I baked it a little longer to make sure it was cooked. Wow!
