I was a little bland. I added pepper and that was good for me. I cut up the mushrooms that way my son would eat them. very good.

I doubled the recipe and made it for a dinner party. Everyone loved it. I did make a few changes; I seasoned the meat with seasoning salt, pepper, & garlic powder. I also used beef broth instead of water.Otherwise I followed the recipe.

This is very quick and easy. I love the green peppers. I LOVE that you don't have to boil the noodles first!!!!!! I substitute Boca crumbles for the ground beef, and three of my biggest meat eaters still enjoyed it.

Great and easy recipe. My boys 4 yrs and 2 yrs old just loved. I snuck into the sauce a 1/2 cup of pureed squash. (Jessica Seinfeild) I used whole wheat pasta too. Great , easy and healthy.

My family and I keep coming back to this recipe. It tastes great and is a wonderful weeknight meal since it is so fast. We vary the pasta and type of cheese to make it a little different. Everyone loves it!

This is something that tastes great, and doesn't take long to make at all, and it doesn't cause TONS of dishes! I loved it, and will make it again. I did add a lot more herbs to it because it seemed some what blan!
