Everyone in my family loved this recipe! The ability for each person to add their own "toppings" makes it highly customizable. Has mexican zest without being too spicy. Good alternative to tacos, which can be hard for some kids to manage.

A big hit. Didn't use the crushed taco shells and added beans to the meat. also drizzled with taco sauce. Everyone loved it.

I made this for my grandparents and they loved it. I think it is a staple now in their weekly dinners. We love it too. And it is so easy :)
