What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

Made this for the first time on the weekend when had guests for dinner - followed the recipes to the letter - awesome outcome. So easy but oh so good. Served with fresh cream and fresh raspberries - yummy!

I couldn't get my chocolate molten so no creamy filling. It was just a good chocolate cake and we enjoyed it anyway.

Very easy to assemble ahead & delicious! However, how do you cut the serving in half & have it still look nice? Photo shows an whole custard cup serving but too much after a large meal.

For some reason I didn't think this would really work, but it did and my husband loves these! Much easier than it seems.

These were AWESOME! Fairly easy. Tasted like dessert at a restaurant. I served with vanilla ice cream.

The molten chocolate part didnt show, i cooked it in muffin cups just as it directed and it turned out awful. It wasnt pretty, it tasted OK, and the chocolate part didnt oose out like the recipe said. dosent look anything like the picture, wouldnt make it again.

My family just finished eating these and they were a big hit! I must warn you that they are extremely rich! Beware that the recipe states that each cake is 2 servings - just a heads up if you're counting calories!!!
