I have made this salad many times long before seeing this recipe here. As an alternate & keeping with a Greek flair I use a Greek salad dressing. At times I have served this with crispy chicken strips.

I have made this several times. You can use whatever veggies you like and it is still great. I do use sundried tomato vinegarette dressing and it makes it even better.

The first time I made this salad my husband and the rest of my family loved it. So I decided to make again but this time with a group of friends. THEY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT its always the first one to go everythime I make it..

I was surprised at how good this was. As written I'm giving it 4 stars. The only thing I would change is add a tad bit more dressing and more black olives. Other than that this was delicious. I made a batch without feta cheese for my kids and a batch with feta cheese for the adults.
