I made this recipe in my crockpot for my family to eat for lunch while my kids were showing animals at the county fair. Everyone loved it!!!!! I even had one person ask for the recipe. :)

i was very skeptical but I loved it but instead I used ground pork and added a little onions and more Italian seasoning. I strongly recommend using a little more meat and a little less rice like maybe 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of meat and 1 or 1 1/2 cups of rice.

This is so easy and extremely delicious. I added a diced onions and some Italian seasoning. Even my 11 yr old loved it and asked for more.

This recipe is a keeper! I substitued ground beef for ground turkey, and white rice for brown rice. This will definitely be added to the dinner rotation. Not to mention, that it's very filling and healthy too.

This was so awesome & easy to prepare. The second time I made it, I used cabbage instead of green peppers & made "Undone Cabbage Rolls." These recipes are keepers.

The recipe as it stands is a little boring. Definitely need to spice it up next time. A little more of everything (except rice) and maybe some onion/mushroom/parmesan....etc!
