Too dry and needs better spicing, very bland.

A Little dry- maybe use tomato juice or more salsa. Otherwise very good!

I like to tuck in the sides of the tortia's so that none of the beef falls out. I used mexican style diced tomatoes instead of salsa and it was excellent.

We made the recipe and had 8 servings. We made 6 with beef and 2 with chicken. We liked the ones with chicken best. It was a lot moister. We shared them with a neighbor and they agreed with us.

My family loves this. I serve it on top of shredded letuce. Make extra so you'll have leftovers!

It was pretty good. I would have added a little more salsa inside and/or outside. My husband and I liked it and will make it again.
