The recipe as it stands is a little boring. Definitely need to spice it up next time. A little more of everything (except rice) and maybe some onion/mushroom/parmesan....etc!

This recipe is easy and really good. My 1-1/2 year-old boys eat it, too, so I only have to make one meal!

This casserole was very easy to make and quite tasty! My grandmother makes the best stuffed bell peppers and I've never been able to duplicate hers. This was much easier than her recipe and the taste was comparable. I will definitely make it again!

there was no seasonings in this dish.. therefore it was very bland and dry. I even had added onion to the saute part along with meat and peppers. it was okay but too much trouble to make it for that end result.

This was so easy to make although I used a can of crushed tomatoes and a can of tomato soup instead of the spaghetti sauce. It came out fantastic! My husband loved it! (And he is the picky eater of the family, so it must be great!)

My husband loves stuffed peppers ... me, not so much, so I thought this recipe would be a good compromise. It is! I used just one large green pepper and baked the whole thing in the skillet I used to brown the ground beef. It turned out just fine and I look forward to the leftovers. I'm sure it will taste wonderful again tonight.

Very easy to make and it was a big hit. I did add onions, but used ground turkey instead of beef. Will definitely make this again.

This was easy and delicious! I added some fresh white onion to the garlic sauted them together after I cooked the beef. I posted this on facebook and a few of my friends made it and loved it too. A great crowd pleaser. My 2 yr old ate everything on his plate!
