Very good, quick and easy to make. It is a great meal for the whole family. We served it with Spanish Rice and Refried Beans, it was great.

This was so easy and not to mention Fantastic. My husband and daughter Loved it! I added chopped green onions and light sour cream on top afterward.

This is so easy to prepare and so yummy! I like to top the enchiladas with sliced black olives and diced green onions for an extra kick.

I thought this recipe was really good... The 1st time I've made something other than tacos and my family loved it! Make some spanish rice and refried beans to complete the dish...

This was too bland needs more sauce or something like maybe enchilada sauce.

A hit again! I added more salsa & cheese to the meat mixture than the recipe calls for. And I made 6 fat tortillas instead of 12 smaller ones. Delicious!!
