this was a great recipe. my husband is a tough critic and he loved them. i definately recomed this recipe to everyone.

never made short ribs before, but needed something easy and actually made this for company. was nervous about the outcome, but they were awesome! Everyone wanted the recipe. I substituted yellow mustard for brown and used homey barbeque sauce. Have served this with brown/white rice and also wide egg noddles. recipe is a keeper!

The ribs were quick and easy to make. Adding rice and vegetable made a nice well-rounded meal. My husband liked it and it allowed me to get some of my Christmas shopping done and still have a home-cooked meal. We're planning to make barbecued beef sandwiches with the leftovers.
