I had and small dinner party and made 2 of these chickens ...wow what a hit! Constant compliments. I let the chickens marinate in the dressing for 1 hour before I put them in the over. a really big hit!!!

My boys love chicken! It is eaten in this house @ least 3 or 4 times a week so I am always looking for different ways to make it & this recipe was great. Our mouths were watering, just smelling it while it was cooking!

This recipe is sooo good! My family loves it. I like the fact that it is an easy recipe to do. You don't have to go to the store and buy one of those chickens already prepared. This recipe is easy and tastes much better than the store bought.

This recipe is wonderful. It has a great flavor and the whole house has a pleasy aroma when this chicken is baking. The only problem I had was cleaning the dish after baking. Maybe greasing the dish would help.
