This was easy to throw together -- I had cheesecake pudding on hand and used it instead of the vanilla -- it was absolutely delicious. How moist and falvorful! We will be making this again and again!

Excellent pound cake. I too lightened it up but used nutmeg instead of the cinnamon for a different take on it. I toasted the pound cake slices the next day and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream dusted with nugmeg and a few chopped pecans for garnish. Excellent

This cake was very moist and everyone loved it. I did added one teaspoon of vanilla to the recipe.

Easy to follow recipe that produces an excellent cake. I made the cake with light sour cream and substituted the 1/2 c. oil with a combination of 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 c. applesauce. Others who ate the cake had no idea that I "lightened" it up a bit. Next time I try it I will probably omit the oil completely and use 1/2 c. applesauce. I would highly recommend it!!!

grat very moist cake. I added 2 cups very chopped pecans and made a milk and powered sugar cinn icing it was gone in 1 day. we loved this cake.

I added toffee bits to the batter and topped it with caramel sauce once it had cooled. Pretty and tasty.
