This is now my go-to manicotti recipe. I lighted it up by using 2% mozzarella and part skim ricotta and using an organic sauce.

Really loved this recipe! Most importantly, it filled my teenage son up! I thawed the spinach and cooked the noodles even though the recipe didn't say to. I also added a little extra garlic. It was super easy and delicious!

I hate spinach, but thought I would give this a try to make my BF happy (he loves spinach) and I was so surprised at how much I liked this! I had trouble with the manicoti, so I'm trying it again without cooking the manicotti first. All and all, this is the perfect recipe!

This was my first time working with manicotti and it didn't go well. I overcooked the pasta so it split every time I picked 1 up or tried to fill it. I tore open all the manicotti and assembled it like a lasagna and it turned out delicious, so I was able to save it. I seasoned it with salt and pepper, otherwise it would have been bland but it was perfect, I would definitely make this again, next time I won't overcook the pasta.

It was A LOT of work for a so so turn out. It was very bland, not a lot of flavor to it. eh!

This manicotti recipe was so good and so easy to make! I love the fact that it is nutritious as well as delicious. It's even easier to prepare ahead of time and bake it for when you need it. I've made this several times and have shared the reciped several times as well.

My family really enjoyed this. It was my first time to make manicotti shells. I think next time I make it I will use double the Spaghetti sauce. =]

Perfect. Will definitely make again. As always, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper is needed in the mix before stuffed into the shells.

One of my favorite recipes! It was a lot more labor intensive than I usually make, I usually say no if the prep time is more than 10 minutes. My husband helped, and that made it faster. I forgot to cook the manicotti shells when I made this, and just dumped tons of sauce over the top and baked it. You would never know I didn't cook to shells! They came out perfect!
