Bacon Omelet Roll with Salsa

Serve omelets to hungry brunch-seekers without flipping (out) over a hot stove. The oven does the work while bacon, cheese and tomato salsa add the flavor.

What You Need

eggs

cup milk

1/3

cup flour

red pepper, finely chopped

slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

green onions, finely chopped

tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, warmed

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

step 1

LINE 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper, with ends extending over shortest sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray.

step 2

BEAT eggs, milk and flour in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 14 to 16 min. or until edges are almost set. Top with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

step 3

ROLL up omelet immediately, starting at one short end and peeling off paper as omelet is rolled. Place on platter; cut into slices. Serve with salsa.

Substitute

Substitute 6 finely chopped slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham for the crumbled cooked bacon.

MY FAMILY & I LOVED THIS!! I don't really love bacon so I made it with ground sausage instead. I have already made it three or four times for them and it's gone in like five minutes!

I made this today and did not like it at all. I think the salsa didn't go with this.... I will not make this again. It was way to bland for me.

This was a lot easier than expected and even looked like the photo. I plan to make it again without the oregano and use other spices and cheese.

DELICIOUS recipe! Used 4 eggs with yolk and 4 without to save calories and fat. Still had loads of flavor. Will try making it with 8 egg whites next time. I used a 13x9 in pan so it was thicker than the recipe plans for, but I rolled from the long sides in so that it was easier to handle.

I had never done any kind of "roll up" before and found it surprisingly easy. The ease of this recipe and the taste were excellent. My husband really enjoyed it as well. It's a keeper for us!
