This recipe was so easy to make! We loved it. My husband actually gave it 41 stars out of 5! I made it with round steak....SO SO GOOD! I want to make it again next week.

I also added red and green pepper for extra flavor. I used chicken another time and liked that to. I bake the chicken first in garlic with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vineger

This was delicious! I used canned diced tomato and omitted the peppers. The whole family loved it, my husband raved about it and wants it again soon!

These steaks are delicious and really feel gourmet. I have made them for a party and for just a weeknight family dinner. The presentation is just lovely!

My boyfriend and I absolutely feel in love with this meal! I didn't use the peppers and it was still really flavorful. I also used cornbread stuffing which added a lot of flavor. Super easy to make and compliments mashed potatoes. Will definitely make it again!
