My daughter requested this, for her birthday treat. It was easy to make and we all loved the cool refreshing taste. The only thing I would change, would be to skip the 1/2 cup sugar, since the juice concentrate is pretty sweet by itself, and there's sugar in the cool whip and the cookies. We loved the cookie crust, too. I used about 11 cookies in the bottom of my springform pan. I broke up a few of the cookies in the middle, but left most of them whole.
