EVERYBODY loved this! I used bowtie pasta instead and added a little extra sauce. I did throw in some ricotta cheese toward the end and I think it made a BIG difference. You could probably use cottage cheese too for a lower cal option. Still did mozz cheese on top. YUMMY!
This recipe was quick and easy to make. Very tasteful.
This recipe is very good, a nice change from regular lasagna. Used ground turkey instead of ground beef and added mushrooms, cottage cheese & frozen spinach. Will definetely make this again.
Made this in a pinch last night. Didn't have peppers or mozzarella, but used garden veggie sauce I had on hand & Colby Jack cheese. I also used ground turkey (my substitute for anything with ground beef). It was very good. Everyone wants me to make it again. I was a little weary about the Italian dressing but tried it anyways (I used Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian) and glad I did. My 7 year old asked me to make this for dinner again tonight he liked it so much. Definitely going into our regular mix of dinners!
Tasted good, but I think it's the same amount of work as Kraft's lasagna recipe which looks better.
This recipe is great & really easy. I used the light Italian dressing and could not tell a difference. Fresh garlic adds great flavor. Enjoy!
Family fav! Next time I'll break the noodles up a little more (or try a smaller variety) and add a can of stewed tomatoes for more sauce and "chunks". Will also try adding a veggie like zucchini or spinach.
My family loves this recipe!! It is much faster and delicious!! I add fresh mushrooms to the mixture. This is the only way I make lasagna now!
I made this recipe for my boyfriend and I because we both love lasagna. It was great, simple, and very easy. It also did not take that much time but still had that great lasagna taste. I will definitely make this recipe again for others to enjoy!
Everyone in my family thought this was pretty good. And talk about easy! Even my DS, who doesnt care for lasagna said this was ok. I did add a 32oz jar of sauce since we like our food saucy. The only thing I'd do next time is find a better tasting sauce.
