This is a recipe that has been passed down in our family from my Grandma, my mom, and then to me. This is a little different from what my mom's recipe reads, less sugar and less evaporated milk. It actually turned out smoother and less grainy than my mom's original recipe. Glad for the changes! It set up beautifully and melts in your mouth.

I just made this fudge for teacher gifts for Christmas, and it didn't set up. I read all the other reviews and no one else seemed to have that problem. I let it boil for five minutes, but I think my candy thermometer wasn't accurate. This is not a fool proof recipe!!!! You must need to cook it to the proper temp or it won't turn out.

It's a very easy way to make fabulous fudge. I sometimes add a cup of peanut butter for the chocolate chips, and my (grown) kids can't get enough of it.

I had been looking for a great fudge recipe somthing like my grandma used to make. This recipe is great, easy and delicious. My walnuts are black walnuts for that added flavor. No other fudge recipe has been better

I have been making this recipe for about 35 years now. It's easy and foolproof. Microwaving directions have made it more simple. Everyone always loves it.

I remember when my Mom use to make this fudge so we could send it to my Dad when he was overseas in the Army. That was over 45 years ago, my Mom is gone now but he still loves to get my can of fudge at Christmas time. I wouldn't make any other recipe.

Always a winner! Had to go buy a candy thermometer, but that just means I can make this over and over again. :-D Remember that this recipe is on the back of the marshmallow cream jar! A cook in StL, MO.

I make this fudge every christmas. It's light and delicious and lends itself well to lots of creative mix-ins. Yum!

I have been making this recipe for about 15 years. Each year, my family can't wait for my famous fudge. Mine is peanut butter fudge with peanut butter baking chips.

Easy no fail recipe. If making Peanut Butter increase temp to Soft Ball (240) and will set up perfectly!!!
