Bruschetta Minute Steaks

OK, so these take more than a minute to make, but they're so worth the (still short) wait. If you like steak—and bruschetta—you're going to love these.

What You Need

Tbsp. oil

thin boneless beef minute steaks (1-1/2 lb.), 1/4 inch thick

large tomatoes, chopped

yellow pepper, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared as directed on package

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, peppers and dressing.

SPOON tomato mixture over steaks; top with stuffing and cheese. Cover.

SIMMER on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and steak is cooked to medium doneness (160°F).

Special Extra

Stir 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil into tomato mixture.

Substitute

Substitute 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves or 1/4-inch thick boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) for the steaks. Increase cooking time to 4 min. on each side until meat is done.

Made it several times now and as odd as it looks while making, its actually very good. As intersting but easy flavor and the Hubs likes it. Literally from start to finish its under 20 minutes, and hands on is only 5-6.. so easy and different too.

Our family loved this. It was delicious and filling. We will definately make this again. Maybe even try it on the grill this time. I highly reccomend trying this it is a quick meal to cook.
