I've made this more times than I can count!! I have four children and it's one of their favorite!! I'm so glad I can make a quick and easy lasagna. Definitly a family keeper :)

We make this often. I have also used mini farfelle (picollini) and it works great. I use about 2 cups. An easy recipe for a beginner cook as well.

Love this with garlic bread! I use reg lasagna noodles and it turns out great. Make sure to break the noodles up in very small pieces, especially if you have little ones because you'll have to cut them up smaller anyway! I cook the meat with extra garlic, italian seasoning, and a little beer for flavor. I'd imagine it would be pretty bland if I didn't. I don't use green peppers and we sprinkle the cheese into our individual services, so the leftovers keep well. Everyone loves this in my house and it's sooo easy to fix!

I've made this many times and it's always really yummy! I do not add the green peppers, as no one in our house likes them. I do add a little italian seasoning though. I also always have used the regular lasagna noodles and cooked it for the full 30 minutes--it works fine! Leftovers (if there are any) are great too!

Everyone in my family thought it was really good. Tasted just like lasagna without all the hassle. 10 times easier and really nummy. I miced my green peppers really small so the kids would eat it but the flavor was still there. Everybody said I should make it again for dinner. I have kids aged 11,9,3 and 1 and everybody loved it!

Love, Love, Love this recipe. It was so fast & easy. I, actually, prepared the recipe the night before. After Church, I brought it to a boil & added my lasagna noodles & wa-la! You can add some Italian Seasoning or Fresh Basil if you want to add even more Italian flavor!
