Excellent! Its nice to find a low fat desert that has flavor! I loved how this turned out and how easy it was to make. My family went crazy over the crunchy topping and tender apples. Will definately make again.

This was VERY good although I miss read the recipe and didn't peel the apples. Honestly, I really liked it that way. Also, I will probably drop the sugar down a bit next time. It was a bit too sweet for me. All in all.... I really liked this and will be making it this weekend for a potluck I'm attending.

Time consuming to peel & slice apples, but worth it for the great taste. A special recipe.

Baked apples are always good but thie recipe doesn't do much to enhance the flavor. I would make it again and add raisins or nuts.

This smelled so-o-o good coming out of the oven. I served it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Just loved the cookies on top - great idea!
