I made this for my kids. My granddaughter and her dad love Cool whip topping so it was great that I was reminded to get the Lite topping.

This was absolutely delicious! I was looking for something to get rid of all the apples I had and since this recipe was in this month's magazine, I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. My only complaint is that I can't stop eating it when I start. I just want more.

Very dry. needs something to make it more juicy. i would also make more topping with the nillas and oatmeal. other than the dryness, it had great flavor.

My family loved this. My son ate almost all of it and he is not big apple fan.

I have made this recipe twice since receiving my Food and Family magazine. Because my husband and I are diabetics, I made it with splenda brown sugar. The second time I made it I only used 1/8 cup of splenda brown sugar and 1/8 cup of splenda on the apples. I also added 2/3 cup of craisins and the zest of one orange. Both times it was a real treat. My husband loves it and so do I.

Very, Very tasty, but it really doesn't make very much. I suggest doubling the recipe. Would definetely make it again

Although its very good and easy to make, I would have preferred the topping be a bit more crunchy.
