This was very easy and simple to make. I didn't have cool whip but it still was great! I used a package of instant oatmeal and it did fine. I had a scoop on ice cream on the side. It was even good warmed over the next day.

Our family really liked the light but crunchy topping that the Nilla Wafers gave to the apple crisp. It was very tasty too. Thanks so much! I hope to substitute peaches next time I make it.

Made this for dessert for "Girls' Nite". Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. Also, didn't have quick oats, used maple cinnamon oatmeal.

So good, we forgot we had CoolWhip! Good warm or at room temperature. Will definitely make again.

This was very good and easy to make. My whole family loved it, I served it with low fat vanilla ice cream and it was sooooo yummy. I will be making this often.

Great desert! Not too sweet and not to tart. Perfect balance of crispiness on top.

My family loved it! My husband and substituted a couple tablespoons low-fat frozen yogurt, but My 3-year-old loves Cool Whip! Will definitely make again. It makes losing weight a little less like work!
