So good! It's the first time I've seen my husband close his eyes and become speechless after tasting his food. I did double up on the oats, butter, cinnamon and sugar for the topping because I had so many apple slices that it didn't look like it would distribute evenly enough. Next time I will still use as many oats, sugar and cinnamon but I will only use the recommended amount of butter. I also used low-fat cinnamon flavored graham crackers instead of the wafers (8 sqrs.). Great and easy recipe!

This recipe is delicious. I usually use whatever apples I have on hand. Last night I made it with Fuji apples and the time before that I used pears and apples. It is great warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
