This is simple, but tastes delicious! The Nilla wafers add to the taste. I was looking for an apple crisp recipe to stick with and this one is it! I am actually making it again right now, can't wait to try it with some vanilla ice crea, & caramel!

Amazingly good! My husband thinks I spent hours in the kitchen making this but really it was only 30 mins. I added ice cream and caramel which made it extra good (and gave extra calories). I did have to cook it longer than 35 mins for the apples to become soft.

Very Good! I was sorry I omitted a few ingrediants and thought I could get away with store bought topping rather than making it! BIG MISTAKE! The receipe is perfect.

My husband said that for the first time he understood how people can be obsessed with a food - he love love loved this! He usually likes everything but I've never heard him rave over anything like this before. It was really good.

So easy to make and I've also made this with peaches (about 6) and it tasted just as great! Hubby loves whipped cream - still good but after reading all the reviews I'd like to eat w/ ice cream for once! =P

I thought that this recipe was great! I baked mine for 30 minutes and then strirred it because some of the crumble that is put on top doesn't get cooked completely though. I also put vanilla ice cream on it which made it amazing!
