I have made this several times and this will be the only meatloaf recipe I will ever use again. It's moist, flavorful and even my two picky boys devour it. The only thing I change is add a little mustard and brown sugar to the ketchup that I spread on top. So yummy!

So this has been a favorite of our families ever since I found it on here last year. Recently I have started doing WW and I have been really wanting meatloaf, but not willing to give up the points. I just calculated this recipe and it's only 7 PP per serving! That is awesome! Can't wait to make this recipe this week!!

I love this meatloaf. It makes a lot, so we generally cut the recipe in half. We also pat it out flat (about 1-1.5" thick), lay some fresh spinach and shredded mozzarella on it, and roll it up like a jellyroll for a stuffed meatloaf. Delicious!

Instead of chopping up a large onion, I wiped my tears and opened an envelope of Lipton onion soup, increased water to 1 1/2 c and used three whole eggs. Delicious! Sandwiches next day were superb!

a little soggy but other than that, perfect. May add breadcrumbs next time to harden up. My new meatloaf recipe for sure.
