What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

This was the first meatloaf I had ever made and it was fantastic. I cut up some velveeta cheese to put on top instead of the shredded stuff and it was amazing. It tasted like a cheeseburger! Next time I will put cheese in the middle of the meatloaf since that's how my husband's grandma use to make it. YUMMY!

Made this for a family dinner and they called the next day to see if they could have the leftovers - I will make again. Sent recipe to my Mom to make for my Dad.

It was very good.gave my friend the recipe. Husband made a meatloaf sandwich for lunch the next day. If you are Weight Watchers It is 6 points per slice

First meatloaf everyone actually loved! At first I was hesitant, but, when it was all done it was delicious. I will most definitely make this my meatloaf recipe from now on. Even my mother-in-law liked it!

This is the best meatloaf I've ever had! I used ground turkey because I didn't have ground beef. And I left off the cheese for less calories. Excellent flavor!
