What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

How to Safely Prepare a Meatloaf

After shaping a meatl oaf with your hands, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and hot water for at least 20 sec. A quick rinse under the faucet is not enough to kill any harmful bacteria.

Since I don't like meatloaf, I only made this for my family. I tried it and it was good. I will definitely make it again.

I've made it many times. Usually I make it with the whole egg and if I use cheese I use don't use the grated cheese with the Skim Milk...I don't like the way it melts.

My husband HATES meatloaf typically - I have tried many recipes to find one he will eat. For the first time ever I received COMPLIMENTS on meatloaf with this recipe. The only tip I have is that it took about 20 minutes longer to cook than the hour listed in the recipe. I am having the leftovers tonight - YEAH!

This is a great and very easy recipe. The stuffing keeps it very moist and the guys I made it for said it was the best meatloaf they'd had!

This recipe is excellent and my Mom raves about it. Every time she comes over she wants me to make it! I've also made it with ground turkey and it excellent.
