What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

My sister is the "BIG CHEF" in the family; I can't cook anything; but when I made this all myself, my family could not believe it. SO EASY TO MAKE AND TASTE WONDERFUL!!!!

this recipe was defintly very easy to make.and it taste delicious.My family enjoyed it and said it was very filling. :) this is defintly worth making again.

My family loved the taste. They said it was the best meatloaf I have ever made. It was not hard to make and smelled great cooking. The stuffing in it made it taste better than plain bread crumbs.

I LOVED THIS RECIPE IT WAS AWESOME NOT DRY LIKE OTHER MEATLOAFS THAT I HAVE TASTED. I WOULD ABSOULTLY DO THIS ONE AGAIN!

Very good- I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but the grilled onions added a lot of flavor. My husband would rather have less stove top, but all and all it was a hit.

This has become one of my favorite recipes. I tried it a month ago and am about to make it for the third time since. Very simple, very delicious, and the kids love it too!
