What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

I used 1 lb. of beef instead of 2 lbs. that the recipe called for, but it was great! My whole family loved it. I'm sure it would've been even better with the cheese, but I forgot to add it.

Not near as good as my old standby. Don't like ketchup on meatloaf. I use chile sauce inside and outside, egg, dry onion soup packet and bread crumbs. Much easier also.

I have been looking forever for a tasty meatloaf that is perfectly juicy. This one is the only one I will ever make again!! AHHHHMAZING!!!!!!

There is delicious flavor in this meatloaf from the Stovetop. It was a little too moist for me and I did not put cheese on top. Next time I will use only 3/4 cup of milk.

We really enjoyed this meatloaf tonight. I have my own version of a meat loaf I make that we really love but this was really good for a change & very easy. Next time I might add some of the cheese in the meatloaf instead of just on top. And maybe alittle more ketchup to the meatloaf too. But I will make again!

This was the best meatloaf I have made. I used 1/2 a bag of stuffing and bbq instead of ketchup. Everyone loved it and at 8g/serving it was healthy too. I will make this again and double it next time so there will be leftovers.

This was delicious!! I used only half of the stuffing mix as I was afraid it would be too much for me will make this recipe again..very easy.
