This was the best meatloaf I have made. I used 1/2 a bag of stuffing and bbq instead of ketchup. Everyone loved it and at 8g/serving it was healthy too. I will make this again and double it next time so there will be leftovers.
This was delicious!! I used only half of the stuffing mix as I was afraid it would be too much for me will make this recipe again..very easy.

WAY too salty, tastes like stuffing! I thought it was edible at least. My kids tried it and said it tasted weird (because of the stuffing). My fiance wouldn't even eat his.
Very good and easy meatloaf recipe. This is a go to recipe for my me and my husband.
quick and easy and tasted great! I prepared this for my boyfriend who had been craving "mom's meatloaf".... sometimes a daunting task to beat Mom's cooking! BUT... he LOVED it and definately said it was a keeper! ...of course I enjoyed it too!
i substatuted the beef with ground turkey and the cheese with low fat cheese,used a food processer to add veggies and cranberry{dint see kids will usually eat it}...and then it was delish!!!
Delicious!! I did have to make 2 changes in the recipe. I didnt put the cheese on top and instead of putting just ketchup on top of the meatloaf I mixed brown sugar and the ketchup in a bowl and smeared it on top. I also made extra ketchup and brown sugar mixture to add to the sliced meatloaf once its done....kind of like a gravy. I made this for dinner last night and had leftovers for lunch and it tasted even better the next day.
I've made this recipe a number of times, however we aren't ketchup lovers, so I put my own spin on this. I used 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of ground pork. I nixed the ketchup and added 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. I also used Stove Top Savory Herb not the Stove Top for family and friends LOVE this recipe done this way.
My family LOVED this recipe and it will become a staple in our household! I have also shared it with coworkers and facebook friends!
