What You Need

large onion, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

3/4

cup ketchup, divided

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

egg whites

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

MIX meat, onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with remaining ketchup.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (160°F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.

After shaping a meatl oaf with your hands, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and hot water for at least 20 sec. A quick rinse under the faucet is not enough to kill any harmful bacteria.

I didn't put the tomatoes on top but it tasted good next time i'll follow the recipe to see how it stands up to my kids

I have picky eaters in my house. My whole family enjoyed this recipe! I did make one change....instead of ketchup, I used Chili Sauce! Adding just a little kick to the recipe was all it took for the kids to eat it up! My family loves the recipes I get from this website. THANKS for making mealtime less of a battlefield!

This was very good. I am not a fan of all meatloaves..but this i like. I was not aware of using stuffing instead of breadcrumbs. I like this touch..i did modify it a bit...i put katchup instead of ranch. It was still very delicious!

This recipe was the best and my husband said it was the best meatloaf ever! There is so much flavor in it, it is better then regular dried meatloaf! I will be making this often

I so appreciate all Kraft "Makeovers". For a bit of a perkup,I omitted catsup, & cheese topping,& used a can of mild Rotelle diced tomatoes & chiles(a cup + in the loaf & the rest as topping).Great 2nd day meal or sandwiches.

I personally did not care for the stuffing mix in the meatloaf, yet my husband liked it, so therefore I would probably make this recipe again for him. I'm not much of a meat loaf person.

This is the absolute BEST meatloaf I have ever had/made! ( Sorry Grandma! ) It is full of flavor and texture!
