My husband said this was the best meatloaf ever! I doubled the recipe, so I could freeze a loaf for later, then I forgot to add the 1 cup of water to each loaf, so i wasnt expecting much....But it was wonderful, and moist! I used 1 very large onion for both loafs, and it was alot, but we love the onion taste. We will definately eat this again!

I strongly suggest useing only 1/4cup of onion instead for the 1cup it calls for. The meatloaf was great but it had a powerful onion taste!

changed one pound of the ground beef for one pound of ground pork

The recipe was easy to assemble. I baked it a bit longer while I did final preparations - it was still moist and perfectly cooked. I love meatloaf, but have never been good at making it. This would make a great family get together main course and would serve ample people - I think substituting bbque sauce for the ketchup would be a good alternative and may try that next time. It was also attractive to the eye which made it more appealing to eat.

Excellent! I think cooking the onions first makes a big difference, much easier to digest.

It was a little too moist, maybe I should cook it longer next time. But the taste was delicious.

What a great idea to use Stove-Top in a meat loaf! It turned out great and my family loves it - even the kids. I will definitely make this again.

This receipe was excellent! I used ground turkey instead and the taste was great. I even forgot to put the salad dressing in it. It was so moist. I will make it again often.
