I made this recipe last night with ground turkey. Because the reviews said it was a little bland, I changed a few of the ingredients: added salt, pepper and minced garlic to onions, used chili sauce instead of ketchup and tomato sauce instead of water. I didn't add the cheese because I used the chili sauce on top, also. I made it in six mini loaves and baked them 45 minutes. My husband raved!! It was very moist and flavorful! I will definitely make this again, although not too soon since I have four mini loaves in the freezer!!

Too dry and not enough flavoite, Would add a lot more seasoning, garlic, s@p an copped tomotes, maybe some chopped green pepper. Just needs to be twicked.

My Husband and I love this. To help cut down on the baking time, I put it in the microwave for about 10 minutes then bake it for about 40 mins. Ohh... and this makes the BEST meatloaf sandwhich the next day!! :)
