I made this recipe over the weekend and I agree with the cook on 2/19/2007. I think there was too much stuffing mix. Next time I will use about half of the stuffing mix. Otherwise, we liked it very much and I will make it again.

i used frozen spinach and I think I ended up putting in too much. the spinach flavor was too strong for me. So just be careful not to put too much spinach in it!

My only complaint is that the seasoning in the stuffing was a bit too much. Next time I might use half the stuffing and some bread crumbs.

Fiance loved these, had them for valentine's day dinner. Def. make again, quick easy and yummy. I jus used regular kraft italian dressing and I marinated the breast overnight. I also omitted the red peppers on the inside b/c I didn't have any. i also used two toothpicks to hold them together :)

Very easy and delicious...I brushed the inside of the chicken breasts with the dressing too, and used sun-dried tomatoes instead of the red peppers...definitely a make-again!!!
