Great recipe!! Does need a bit of salt and pepper though. I didn't have the suggested dressing so I just marinated the shrimp in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic. I also added a touch of milk after adding the shrimp back into the sauce and some spinach just to have a vegetable. The result was a super fast, easy, and great tasting meal! Will definately make this again.
