This is one of my favorite recipes to make. Everyone always loves it, and it is so easy with few ingredients. The only thing is that it seems like it doesn't always turn out exactly the same when trying to increasing the proportion, but it is still always good. I totally recommend this recipe to anyone one who wants an easy meal that tastes amazing!

My boyfriend and I loved it!! I added milk as it suggested to make more sauce but then added parmesan cheese to make it thicker and to add more flavor. I will definitely make this again!!

I added more fresh basil and more parm/romano/asiago cheese than called for. Also added a little cajun spice mix ... it was awesome! I am planning on making it again tonight for dinner, but with crawfish this time!

This recipe was good. I expected more. The grocery store was out of fresh basil so I used dried basil maybe that would have made a difference.

This recepie was delicious!! Forget Olive Garden or Johnny Carinos when I have this recipie to make at home!! However, I did take the advise of one person who said that they cooked the pasta and a couple of minutes before it was done added the frozen cooked shrimp to the water to defrost and microwaved the cream chesse and other ingredients to make the sauce saucier and it WORKED!! Thanks!!

I used canned tomatoes (without the juice). I added the prawns during the last 3 minutes of boiling the pasta. It was very easy to make--DELICIOUS--a real keeper! Thank you.
