We loved this recipe. Quick and easy to make. I also used 4 oz.of cream chesse plus I added 3 tbsp.each of the other 3 chesses. I added milk to the sauce approx. 1 oz. It is defintiely your preference.

Delicious, will make again. Used 4oz of cream cheese and added 2 of teaspoons of milk.

Very delicious! I added a little extra cheese as we love cheese! And I put bay scallops in as well. Next time I think I'll add garlic and artichoke hearts for a little variation in tastes as it needed "something". But it was very good especially considering it was so quick to make!!
