Easy Shrimp Pasta for Two

What You Need

Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

1/2

lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined

1/4

lb. fettuccine, uncooked

tomato, chopped

oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Make It

POUR dressing over shrimp in small bowl. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat large skillet on medium heat; add shrimp; cook 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD tomatoes, cream cheese and 1 Tbsp. basil to same skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until well blended. Add shrimp; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Place on large platter; top with shrimp mixture, remaining basil and shredded cheese.

Substitute

Prepare using thawed frozen shrimp.

Note

For a thinner sauce, stir small amount of milk into sauce with the shrimp.

This was easy and looked pretty and tasted great. You don't need much advance time to make this if you keep cleaned shrimp in your freezer. I made this recipe a bit larger so I would have some leftover. I added some frozen peas and 1/2 cup white wine towards the end. I also used more basil than the recipe called for just because we like it so much. Good one Kraft!!

Well, I found this, and i am really so glad that I did! To me it tastes like Restaurant style Shrimp Pasta, Its really good. The ONLY compliant I have, and i will be doing next time is making more of the sauce...I followed the recipe as is, and it wasn't enough for me. So I gave it full stars, because thats my preference! I will be making again!

Loved the recipe! I used diced, canned tomatoes with jalapeno, and the extra kick was great! My husband, the most picky eater in the world, loved it, along with our guests! Will TOTALLY make again!

Very tasty and easy to make! I honestly felt like I was eating a pasta dish from a restaurant. I made this for myself and my friend - she does not like spicy food, and she liked it just as it was prepared. I added red pepper flakes to my portion, and it gave it a great kick. Will definitely be making again!

Very yummy! I modified a little by using Italian dressing. It was a little dry so I added more dressing and a little milk. Add milk when reheating leftovers. They taste just as good as when it's fresh off the stove! My husband loved it.

I made this dinner for my boyfriend and he loved it! I personally loved the taste but couldn't eat too much because it was so dense (kind of the feeling you get when you have too much fettuccine alfredo).
