This was good. I made my own vinegarette (1c. oil, 1/2c. balsamic vinegar, 3 tsp. minced garlic, 3 tbsp. parm. cheese whisked together). It gave it a more authentic taste. I used all of the mixture to marinate and poured it all in. Also, so the cream cheese didn't stick - I softened it in the microwave for 30 seconds. It worked just fine & didn't leave any clumps. It was delicious in the end.
