I made this last night & it's pretty tasty. However, I used brown instead of white rice & let the salmon marinate overnight. I expected the flavor to be much stronger, but it still has a good flavor. I used half a cup of, but maybe I will add more marinade next time.
My husband was a little iff-y about me making this for dinner but he ate it right up. Said it was the taste was amazing! Will make again for sure! (I also added snow peas and finely chopped carrots.)
Loved it!! We used salmon steaks instead of the fillets.
This was good. The Salmon took a little longer to cook, but was very good.
This was delicious and very easy to fix.I keep frozen salmon filets in my freezerfrom costco, so its nice to have a diferent way to fixed fish. The rice was good - (I used brown rice)and added some cilantro adn red pepper flakes.I also cut the recipe in half easily for 2 and this is very healthy and lo fat
our dinner's superb, my husband seldom eats fish but when i tried this!!!can't believe it myself....i got this superb compliment from him too! and not only that...he even requested me to have this done 1's a week. Thanks to kraftsfood...mind you, just had my registration yesterday.and come to think of it......
This was very very tasty! We loved it and will be adding this to our "usuals" list! Thank you Kraft Foods for helping me keep dinner interesting!!! I love this site!!
This tasted awesome. I found that the rice measurements were off so I used the measurements from the Uncle Ben's box. I also tried with chicken breast and will try steak strips soon.
Fantastic recipe! My boyfriend and I ended up eating out one night when I planned to make this so the fish actually marinated for more than a day. The taste was unbelievable! So much better than if you marinate it for just half an hour. I also like the fact that you can pretty much throw in whatever veggies you have lying around to the rice dish and it's still great. I'm going to be using spinach, snow peas, and matchstick carrots tonight.
This is a simple, healthful dish-the rice is very good & colorful.
