This was my first time using the broiler - caused the smoke alarms to go off =) The salmon was just amazing - tender, flavorful - no fishy taste at all! I did not care for the rice dish that went a long with it, I followed the directions; the rice just did not cook long enough. Overall - would definitly make this dish again

I have never been a seafood fan, but I would be more than willing to make and eat this again! My husband absolutely loved it, and said it was some of the best salmon he had ever tried!

I have made this over and over.........the change I made was to use teriyaki sauce, orange juice, ground ginger, and orange zest as the merinade. Before broiling I use my home made spicy rub on the Salmon. Best we have eaten..........thank you and keep 'em coming......
