We loved it. I doubled the Italian sausage and the tomatoes. I've made it 3 times in the the last month.

I love this recipe!!! I sauted onion and yellow bell pepper before adding the spinach and tomatoes. It really added color and a robust flavor!!! I also used the Philidelphia Itailan cheese and basil cooking cream (2TBLS). It turned out GREAT!!!I will make this recipe at least twice a month!!

VERY good! Maybe too much spinach for a 12 year old. Used 2 cans of tomatoes instead of 1 and the Kraft 5 cheese Italian blend instead of all Mozzarella. YUMMY!

A new family favorite! Easy to make, but tastes like something you would order at a restaurant!

This is now a go to recipe when I don't feel like cooking. It's simple and tastes fresh. I use frozen spinach and just put Parmesan on top. I have even blended the tomatoes and spinach together for the pickey eater in my house and she loved it.
