This was easy to make and delicious. Everyone loved it. You can substistute any of the Italian shaved or shredded cheeses for the mozzerella.

Great easy recipe. Amazing flavor using such a small amount of effort. I add a splash of lemon juice with any dish with spinach in it. I have made this a few times and my family always loves it. I did not have mozzarella cheese this time and had to substiture for mild cheddar...it was just as yummy. I will be making both variations!

I really enjoyed this. Everyone else I've made it for has too. The only way I change this recipe is adding some salt at the end.

i used whole wheat pasta instead of regular and added extra spinach. and i like extra tomatoes so i added extra of those too. overall~ i cant wait to have this treat of a dinner again (im on weight watchers!) and even my finicky daughter said it was good. my hubby~ well he couldn't find a left over container big enough! thanks again for another great recipe!

My husband and I thought this recipe was delicious and very easy to prepare. Would definitely make it again and might add more spinach to it next time.

This dish was so good! I never cook so this was very easy to make and the taste was surprisingly delicious. The reason I say surprisingly is because I didn't have to add any other spices to it, the food itself was flavorful enough!

This was so easy to make and so tasty! It will definitely become a staple meal for me to make again and again. I love cheese so I added it as directed but I think it'd be great without it too. It tasted wonderful to eat right away and even a few days later for leftovers!

My whole family loved it, even the picky kids. My 4-year old gave me a thumbs up because his mouth was too full, and then he asked for THIRDS! I will make this one again and again and might even make it for company. It is easy enough so I won't be a nervous wreck or have to be stuck in the kitchen, but the colors, textures, and taste make it nice enough to serve to anyone!
