Delicious! I used a whole pound of Hot Italian Sausage because we love it. I chopped it into bite sized pieces instead of using ground sausage. Really great flavor. will definitely make again!

This is a three generation family dinner favorite. Everyone from 2 to 84 loves this recipe. I am asked to make this exclusively now.

This is a KEEPER. It is also a great dish to make the day before because it just keeps getting better.

I made this last night for dinner. My husband took the leftovers to work for lunch. He just sent me an e-mail, and this is what it said: "I think I may have had the best lunch I’ve ever brought to work just now…I heated up the sausage/pasta dish you made last night and it was even better today… awesome." I would use 2 cans of tomoatoes next time, too, and i like the suggestions below for turkey sausage, etc..

Our family tries to eat healthier foods, so this was a good meal for us. I used turkey sausage and whole wheat pasta. Can't wait to try the leftovers!

I added "2" cans of Italian diced tomatoes instead of one as I felt one was not enough. I also used sweet Italian sausage links I cut in pieces instead of ground sausage. It was pretty tasty!
