Thought this was very yummy. I used regular ground pork sausage because that is what I had on hand. We really liked this.

Very delicious! I did make a few changes though. First I doubled the meat and pasta, then I added 2 tbsp. of ketchup, some salt, pepper, and dried parsley to the sauce to give a little something extra. Then before serving I covered the pasta in butter to give the dish some richness. Very delicious! There won't be any leftovers tonight!

We like a little more seasonings so I added 1/4 tsp italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp or so garlic salt. Also I used sweet italian sausage, because that is what I had on hand - it was very good.

I used a whole box of pasta, 2 cans of tomatoes, 1 lb. of sausage, and a 10 oz bag of spinach. My husband truly loved this dish, we had plenty of left overs for lunch, needless to say I was sharing this receipe to all my co-workers.

I was surprised that my children ate two servings of this wonderful dish. This was the first time that they have eaten spinach and they loved it. I will be making this more.

I made this recipe for a potluck we had at work and it was a success. At first I didn't think that everyone would like it, but they really enjoyed. I will definately be making this dish for my family for dinner one night.

So Good! I only had frozen spinach so I used that instead and it turned out great! This will definatly be a regular at my dinner table.
