I made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful! My very picky son even liked it I have big eaters in my family so I doubled the recipe and served it with garlic bread, I will be making this again

Loved this recipe. Used the pasta plus (multigrain pasta) and it was wonderful. May add black olives (sliced) the next time.

This was sooooo good. I made it when it was cold and rtainy outside and it was the perfect meal for a dreary day. I used regular spinach instead of baby spinach and it came out great. My mother in law thought it was fantastic.

This is in your "winter 2007" magizine and the recipe is WRONG !!! It says in stept 2 to add the spinage, toamtos and DRESSING. I was glad to see it here in the newsletter so that I knew that I wasn't going crazy and missing the dressing that was not listed in the ingeridents. It sounds very good and very easy. I'll try it this week. My produce market has greens on sale...maybe I'll use them instead of the spinage.

My teenage kids picked out the recipe for a Sunday dinner, and they thought it was great. I used regular spinach instead of baby spinach, and they commented that the stems were a bit tough, so I'll use the baby next time. It was a good way to get them to eat spinach. I also used italian turkey sausage to cut down a bit on the fat. Overall we were very pleased and will make it again.

This dish is DELICIOUS and EXTREMELY easy to prepare. We loved it! I will definitely use it again-some comments suggest that the 16 oz, pakage of baby spinach is too much, used the whole thing-cooks down beautifully--great flavors!!

I LOVED this recipe. It's one of the easiest I have ever made and one of the best. The flavors of the spinach, sausage, and tomato were just right! The recipe called for 1 bag of baby spinach leaves, but I thought that looked like WAY too much, so I just used half and it tasted great!
