I LOVED this recipe. It's one of the easiest I have ever made and one of the best. The flavors of the spinach, sausage, and tomato were just right! The recipe called for 1 bag of baby spinach leaves, but I thought that looked like WAY too much, so I just used half and it tasted great!

This was definitely one of my family's favorites! It was so easy to make and it was a good way to get my daughter to eat spinach! Definitely making this one again and again!

I made this recipe the day after receiving the magazine in the mail. We loved it. I did add more basil, garlic and oregano and even more spinach. My husband wasn't sure it even needed the pasta it was so good by itself! This will become one of our favorites.

It's going to become a regular addition. It was so easy and very tasty. I added extra garlic and some red pepper with the mild Italian sausage. Thanks for sharing it!

My husband loved this recipe. I thought it was kind of bland. Next time I will add maybe garlic or some kind of spice to it. Good way to get your veggies in for the day!
